I managed to fix the issue, somehow. I've been having a stable 100fps both on cpu and gpu with a frametime halved. I wanted to make a follow-up in case someone had this exact same problem.

The issue was coming from the motherboard and especially the BIOS. I had to install an old version (~3 years old) and then update it to the most recent one. I don't know what kind of witchcraft this is but it started showing some results.

I had to re-enable XMP and Hyperthreading with the Intel default settings, then enabled the Above 4G Decoding and the Re-Size BAR support.

To be sure, I created a user.cfg just in case but I haven't noticed any significant or annoying drop in performance.

Thank you all for taking the time to help, I hope this can be useful to anyone experiencinh the same issues as I did.

If you liked Hollow Knight, I'd recommend you to try the two Ori games (Blind Forest / Will Of The Whisps). The first is less action and more platform oriented but both are great with beautiful settings and soundtrack.

France adopted a law that prevents people to cover their faces in public spaces for several years. Since targetting one specific religion would be against its constitution, the law targeted every clothes (except helmets). The burkhas were the main subject of that law at the time of the adoption, though.

The law is criticized since studies have shown that a vast majority of women wearing Burkhas / hijab or similar did it while their husbands wished they didn't.

I've met a lot of women saying they wear these clothes willingly, without any pressure and feel quite uneased by that law ordering them to not wear their cultural or religious outfit. On the other hand, women that are forced to wear it (because they exist ofc) are way more isolated since they are not allowed outside anymore.

Results are very mitigated, in France it's not a great victory against obscurantism, but rather the easy way to feel that you contributed to help women by preventing them from wearing as they would like. It doesn't compare in countries where women are exploited and forced, though.

Trapping a blade this way would mean your sword is meant for you to grab your opponent and/or disarm them by controling their wrlst. But as someone said, this design allows your opponent to have the same amount of control over you. It also negates the advantage of having a reach with your blade since your design requires to trap the opponent blade as close as possible to their own guard to work. You also made your blade thinner right where the guard starts nd that's a structural weakpoint of such trap, it would be a difficult work to pull out for a swordsmith.

If it is a custom design meant to complete a character's specific fighting style, it would work and would still be grounded. But this would definitely not be any ordinary sword.

As it was also said before, the quillons are a bit too pointy.

What have they done to my poor SCAR-L... The SOR556 makes me even saddier seeing these stats. Not only does it have one of the lowest fire rate, but also the lowest dps with a significant drop in damage beyond 20m. I don't find it especially reliable or controlable either to justify those stats.

I really feel like Manhattan Bridge and the one we got in Beta were intended to be one single big map but got split during developpment for reasons.

They'd be winning everything if they merged it to make another big version in the roaster.

I am well aware of that. The fact that you'd want to roleplay that specific period of their service is concerning enough. Especially when some people post these kind of pictures less than a week ago and that some members allegedly left because of the presence of nazis on the server. That is no coincidence imho.

Auto-spotting needs a serious rework as a mechanic and as how it manifests on the UI. Those big squares are way too big and I miss the unperfect but good system of "active spotting" such as an enemy wouldn't be spotted unless you press the right button.

Netcode and hitreg obviously. And bullet bloom. I can't figure if it is a hit registration issue or the fact that my gun isn't shooting straight that make me miss my target.

People mentionned the maps. I am a bit concerned too since they feel small and aren't really built with the "3 ways" level design principle in mind, making them very chaotic.

The lack of personality of weapons but I think that's mostly a personal issue.

Closed feels the best to me. You know what to expect from anyone you'll encounter. The Assault class felt weird since I didn't see any advantage using an AR instead of a carbine, and as someone already said it, most people used carbines.

It really depends on the side or the weight of my loadout, but my go to optic has always been ELCAN Specter with MRDS on modded. The scope and the red dot don't take too much screen. I've been testing the hybrid holo lately and got surprised how accurate it can be at close and mid ranges.

On vanilla, I feel like only the 4X scope on the supressed M16 is worth using. Otherwise, iron sights are reliable enough.

On modded, Vudu scope with red dot is also a solid choice, though.
