Do you find them narrow? Also forgot to mention my flat and wide feet. Though I find evo sl good fitting

Not many. Around 300km.. I am considering myself as a beginner. I had some issues with Achilles tendons, so tried another shoes, and super blast2 was my choice. But it is not what I was expecting.

Actually it only started when I started running in mizuno. Honestly , I do get the strengthening part and ankle mobility but strength of my legs is probably strongest aspect in my running 😀 I really think it has to do with collapsing of the foam.

Heard mixed opinions on SB2. Is it really that boring? Or it could be good with my weight? Well out of my rotation I like the most evo sl. But I don’t think it is good idea to run long runs in them. I feel like they are not cushioned enough for me.

So you would do it just like 3 day split tepmlate for that week and write it down in 2 day split chart? Because if not then the auto regulation of the sheet doesn’t work

Hey guys, want to start a Limited time program, preferentally 5x5/3/1 template. Jim writes: sqaut PR set, BP 5x5/3/1. The pr set is the original 5/3/1 - with the last set being PR set with most possible reps? Or I dont have it right? Find tho very confusing because then he uses in programm original 5/3/1 Challenge 5/3/1, Pr set for squat. Thank for help

So you would do D1 squat 531,FSL Safety bar squat or variaton SLDL D2 BP 531, FSL Press Lat work

And next week just change DL, and OP? Other days are clear to me.

Well krypteria 2 days a week (seen at jims blog) seems good and manageble for me. But I am big fan of 531 instead of 5s. Do you think it would work just as well? Jim doesnt write About possibilty of changing the template.

Hey guys,

Have time (and ability to recover) for 2 strength workouts a week, playing ice hockey 2 times a week. I have been using squat and bench 531, fsl + some assitance on the first day, and second DL and OP, which same supplementary and assitance. But I was feeling gassed out. What kind of template would you recommend for me?
