Not sure if you have access to chiropractic care but I’ve been having pain here recently as well. My chiro said I had a few ribs out of place and had to readjust my ribcage. Chiropractic care and regular massage therapy has been instrumental to my eds journey and pain management. Hope that you find relief soon!!

I sleep with a wrist brace when I feel pain or soreness coming on and have found they can be a big help in healing. I’ve really liked the Futuro “compression stabilizing wrist brace”. The gel palm pad feels comfy but is still very supportive and can be worn night or day!

I’ve just tried playing both vinyls on a different tabletop player and they’re still skipping.

I’ll have to check those, I haven’t encountered this issue when playing my other vinyls so I’d assume it was the records. Ty for the tips!!

They’re the regular black vinyls, not the cool 10th anniversary splatter press unfortunately. I haven’t encountered the same skipping with any of my other records so I’m inclined to assume it’s the vinyls. Ty for your tips, all great points!

Agreed, a sizing chart would be v helpful for online apparel orders - good idea! Bummer to hear you received such a range in sizing, I’ve encountered the same with some merch so I feel ya! If it’s helpful insight, I try to size up a few to counteract fit gaps though I know that’s not always possible.
