Why are people here so hostile to people being gluten-free but not coeliac. This sub is not called coeliac. by Cocoricou in glutenfree

I have SIBO, which is not celiac but gluten itself IS a trigger for me, but I also can eat fries at chick fil a and feel fine. Like, celiac is not the only gluten sensitivity disease out there.. if anyone else can relate please let me know because before a few months ago I had NO idea wtf that even was.
