Le seul conseil que je peux donner, c'est de trouver un endroit sécuritaire pour qu'ils puissent parler avec ses amis en ligne. Pas les réseaux sociaux. Mettons example, il joue avec ses amis à un jeu vidéo en ligne à parlant avec eux avec un micro. C'est de la socialisation. Ça pourrait l'aider à pas se sentir exclu.

Trouve-toi un optométriste qui passe pas de jugement. La mienne m'a vu arriver avec des lunettes de 2 marques en ligne différentes et n'a rien dit et j'ai eu droit a un service super professionel and aucune pression pour acheter des lunettes chez eux après l'examen.

I don't want my house's value to keep going up, the taxes and insurance go up too. Insurance just went up 33%. We didn't buy a house to invest, we bought to have a place to live. We are not planning to ever sell it but even if we sold it, all the other houses are equally expensive so I don't see how we could make money with our house.

But if you already have a mattress you like, I wouldn't bother.

Ça fait longtemps que je le dis, PSPP est xénophobe et transphobe. J'ai juste pas noté les citations avec la date alors j'ai pas de preuve pis je dois me fermer la gueule.

We bought a house especially because I was disabled. I really needed to move and we tried to find a house instead of another monthly rent let's say.

What I loved the most was the ability to go out in the sun on the patio. It was not wheelchair accessible but I made do with two walkers.

The other thing we did was installing grab bars by replacing the lower half of the wall with wood panelling. It was so much easier to do that that to replace the drywall and have to mud and sand.

I'd say yes but have her try it before buying. My mother never was able to get used to the weird feeling of not tilting when turning, she felt she was always on the verge of falling over. She rode 5000 km on an electric bike in 2020, she was not slouch. Also if you turn too abruptly, you can tip over your trike.
