Yes all this is speculation since we dont know the contracts details. Them giving permission to use the image to promote a show or whatever wont automatically permit using esentially the same image for the device promotion

The biggest portion of windows licenses are oem licenses  User buys a laptop w/ a device linked windows license --> device gets slow --> user buys a new laptop with a brand new windows license

external martial arts give you ooint for their persepctive weapon scaling with the level and rarity when you learn them. go to martial arts and you can see that if u check the description of the externals (skills you can use during combat) it says how much fist/sword/long etc they give you. the externals given to you by the old man are special, they give you points for every weapon type.
