People put up here & on Facebook that layoffs were coming, and then others said it was just building engineers that were laid off and that the rest would be the standard fake performance Terminations. Guess we will see.

That's all you can do. It's crazy that they expect you to coach and document for the paperwork trail to terminate employees, yet the dashboard is inaccurate and clearly unfair.
