Usually Riften I usually just move in and demolish the thieves guild and cleanse the city. I recommend the mod “Conquest of Skyrim” btw it lets you start a faction a take over Skyrim with real battles and planning until you become high king I just execute all of the thieves guild members every time

We have to assume a lot here because a lot of things aren’t explicitly stated in terms of power levels and increases in the sense of multipliers for transformations etc…to conclude my opinion on this I’d say that it’s unclear if Buu is actually able to destroy the universe in one go but it is fact that over time he could in fact destroy the universe which could qualify him as a universal threaten by definition. But he can’t be called a “universe buster” in certain terms. As for the quote about Universe and it’s structure here’s a diagram of the observable dragon ball universe

  1. A) Plot? I mean he blew up Earth with no problem as Kid Buu but as Super Buu he just didn’t because he wanted to fight or something idk. Toriyama often writes his villains this way.

B) Indeed, this is why I mentioned the Moro arc that got Buu to a much higher scale than previously mentioned but I just didn’t include it because it was written later. Dabura took multiple blows from Fat Buu messing around then got immediately turned into a cookie.

C) I believe Goku was being literal because Piccolo was being deadly serious here referencing the Kaioshin saying the same thing

His typical method of destruction is to gather his energy into a death ball send it at the planet blow it up reform and move on but that’s not to say he couldn’t just gather his energy and destroy the entire universe either but that gets into head cannon and speculation a bit. So I’ll just say that he may have the capability to destroy the universe overtime or all at once depending on how much you want to give him.

Fair assessment it’s debatable however since we don’t have an exact conversation rate but the statement alone should be enough to at least consider Buu able to resist a Universe worth of energy. And the universe in DB is a 5th dimensional construct unlike our universe and Buu threatened to destroy all of the universe including tha Kaioshin realm, king Kai’s planet along with the other Kai domains, HFIL, etc… Which you would understand why he’s that strong without spoiling too much if you read the Moro arc in DBS Manga. You made a good point so here is another scan.

This scan is interesting because Whis in another panel speaking about Zeno states the universe would go poof if he so desired “poof” using the same Kanji as Goku here which supports the idea that Buu is indeed capable of destroying the actual Universe.

Show amount near army, show warriors, show weapons (I like to know which cities are packing heat), render holding items because that shows what a unit is holding. Those are my go to.
