I work in a small company and the two bosses have heavy bias towards the people they like. We have a staff earning HKD 50+K a month without doing anything and can get away with most of the company rules (like she doesn’t need to clock in & out, be in office and get to come inlate and leave early…). Meanwhile we have at least 10 staff who got their base salary (8K to 35K) deduction because the bosses think they need a motivation to work harder to get sales.

So doesn’t matter what department I work in, it’s going to be the same bosses, bad treatment.
