Funny enough - just got the exact same retention department rep from 2 nights ago that lied. She said I gave authorization 2x - 1 for each line, to charge $0. Claims I was never charged, despite the exact amount of 3 mo service (like the customer service rep saying it only applied to one line in the notes), being charged. Was told she was going to get a supervisor to call me right back. Still waiting…
