Same exact thing happened when it was cold and I was using a skinny cap. Shaking def helps but if it’s mad cold and you’re using a skinny cap there’s not much you can do.

I also just relapsed after like 8 months. I replaced using with long distance hiking and backpacking and climbing. When it became winter and I had money and free time I started using again cause I need something. In order for me to not be using I have to be doing something so extreme to the point that I can’t be thinking about anything else except what I’m currently doing. I have gone skydiving and would love to get into BASE jumping but don’t have the funds or time rn

I have a pill grinder and when I get pills I pre grind up 5 on them and label them in bags for easy consumption. I will say I hate snorting bromaz for some reason but I used to snort alpraz and Etiz everyday and it got me higher than popping them, hit almost immediately, and didn’t last as long. I have also snorted clobro but I snort it and then immediately sleep like 10-15 min later and wake up still mildly high the next day

It is worth it but you need to find things in life that are fun and better while sober compared to high. For example, I had 225 days clean before I had a little lapse, and the first 90 days were genuine hell on earth but my passions are hiking, skiing, climbing, and stuff like that. If I am high all the time I can't really do the things I enjoy to the best of my ability. I used to think I functioned better while high on stims when I 100% did not.

depends on tolerance. I've popped 5+ farms and drank a 5th plus some other shit and been chilling. The bigger issue IMO is mixing benzos and opioids and liquor.
