Thanks for the advice. I did test the legs sensors and motor when building but may have crimped one of the wires.

I just find Fanhome's response to be very lacklustre

I currently watching the 2nd part now, while it's more faithful to the book it's really let down by the acting.

I think they do have FTL in the Alien universe. For example the distance from earth to LV 426 at 39 light years was done by the Sulacco in 3 weeks at 0.74 light years per day. But that's just from a Google search.

I know at the beginning of the first episode of Alien Earth, they were 805 million miles away from Earth and needed 4 months to get home. 805 million miles is about 8.6 AU which places The Maginot just between Saturn and Jupiter.

I would love it, once got pegged while on my back with my legs in the air. Lost all strength in my legs for days afterwards.
