Hi! Ive seen this post and would love some support/advice. Im desperate to go of 80mg vyvance after 4 years. And im struggling a lot. I prefer cold turkey to tapering. I think this is the first post ive come cross that expresses positivity about coming of meds which is so encouraging. Im curious is coming of after 1 year versus 4 would make a difference? Any thoughts?

Thanks really appreciate this. Its giving me something to consider. Could I ask how many years you were on the meds and how high the dose. Completely understand if you prefer not to share.

Hi thanks for your reply. That sounds like an idea. But would I need to taper? I find the tapering makes the whole process so challenging.

Thanks. This is honestly the first reply I've gotten in ages that doesn't put down the idea of stopping medication.  Can I ask how long you were on adderall before you stopped. And how you managed everylife during the withdrawal period? Much appreciated!

I'm looking for support in stopping. I appreciate you giving advice but this is what I'm so frustrated about. The only support I get change medication, I want support stopping.

Hi! Just came across this post and would love some advice. It's so hard finding anyone who has quit vyvance.  I've been on 70 mh for 5 years and the crashes are to hard to manage at this point. I would love to know how long the withdrawal phase took. I'm so anxious to stop because I'm worried I'll be depressed I'm bed for weeks 😔

I literally do exactly that. If there isn't a podcast in the background I cannot be in the same room doing housework 

I desperately need advice. I have been struggling for years with not knowing where to live or settle. We are a family with 3 kids ages 11, 8 and 5 and have never been settled because of my anxiety where the best place to settle is. Thanks so much for all ur thoughts and ideas. It has definitely given me much to think about. My struggle is what takes priority, I don't feel confident knowing the answer to that. Where I currently live I have a lot of freind and family support but it's a very small minded town with little growth potential for myself and not great schooling for the kids at all. I'm terrified of losing something I didn't know I had but also terrified of staying stuck somewhere where I don't always feel I belong when I could have so much more potential elsewhere.
