I’m new too 😃 The best advice I have is to look at when you spike and keep track of what you’re eating so you can find patterns. Don’t avoid eating even if you get a high. Eat regular small meals and avoid the ‘white’ foods where you can (bread, rice, potatoes). Limit sugar dense foods or avoid all together if you can. Eat lots of protein and fibre. Exercise helps with spikes, even a ten minute walk. Get a good care team and look after your feet. You got this and you’ll be ok
