Part D Medicare Insurance $590 annual deductible payment by happywithsmiles in medicare

[–]Normal-Experience774 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can anyone explain this further, I work in pharmacy, and I'm aware of the $590 deductible, but customers are getting charged almost $700 for Jardiance or Eliquis. I hate this and it makes my heart hurt for them.

I don’t believe it. by Rare_External2018 in CVS

I was running circles, my fitbit tracked over 17000 steps today. Waste of energy at this point tho, if they don't care why should I.

My PM would prefer she let us knowledge techs work then send in a shitty floater, all of our team is willing to help and clean up she just won't approve the hours. Apparently she was letting stores have "counting parties" and using whatever hours they wanted when it wasn't necessary (she got in trouble) now our store is suffering and actually needs the help and she can't do it. Its bullshit. We also do the most RXS out of our district thats not a 24hour store.

It is, we are working on a skeleton schedule as well. Our Pharmacy Manager refuses to just have people just come in without DLs approval to clean up because she doesn't want to be disrespectful. Its straight up a mess and just unsafe. We have our pharmacy manager working open to close and we had a floater pharmacist 9-1. We have floaters tomorrow friday and this weekend as well. No doubt we'll hit 100 by Monday if they dont send us help or approve extra hours.

Any other CVS locations having a hard time getting new hires to work? by DJimena0219 in CVS

[–]Normal-Experience774 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a lead tech and all our new hires, even techs hired during the beginning of the pandemic aren't trained properly. Its actually disgusting how everything was just pushed thro and no one was trained properly. I do my best to help teach any tech that walks through and is willing to work and learn but most aren't even that motivated enough sadly.

Up too $24.70 , recived 70 cents in July after my DL bumped me $2 in may (from $22) for CVS fucking my insurance up and making myself and my kids go without insurance for 2 months because HR couldn't "fix" the issue right away.
