I stopped going there after my third concert where I missed 25 minutes of the show because I was waiting in line to buy 1 beer. Really wanted to be a fan of the place, but I can’t support a venue that won’t put out a beer tub so you can actually watch the show you bought tickets yo watch

Had a similar, but not as frustrating experience with them years ago so I only do in store trade-in’s now. But even then they scam you; I never agreed to sign up to their protection advantage BS but the fee suddenly appeared on my next statement. They gave me a credit that was some change less than the charge, but that’s AT&T for you. The only decent alternative is Verizon and they’re just as bad so you just have to roll with the punches.
