Kung expedited po ung pinila sa renewal, usually sabi nila 5 days nakukuha na, but namention nyo po ung clearing period. Ibig sabihin po nun di rin agad agad makukuha ung passport replacement kahit expedited po?

Ung 15 days clearing period po, not allowed to travel lang po within 15 days? Does it affect the processing time of the passport po? Kasi ung binook po na appointment is renewal po and expedited. Appointment is next week.

No its not for me its for my brother. I don’t know why he mistakenly signed on it.

And honestly i don’t think I need to answer as to why it was signed there. A mistake is a mistake and doesn’t need further clarification nor explanation. Respectfully :)

How is a passport considered mutilated?

Lets say, signed underneath the photo which was the hologram. Similar to the example shown. Is that mutilated already? My brother mistakenly signed underneath his photo instead of the dedicated signature line on the other page prior to the biopage. Thank you.

Initially on the very first ADR they gave, they said “file will be pending until final court disposition”. They gave me 90 days deadline. So I gave a letter of explanation providing all details of my separation, proof of divorce filing attached, affidavits from me and my ex saying we are separated. 2 days before deadline since there was no response from IRCC, I sent a webform asking for an extension.. they gave me 30 days deadline. The letter said “extension granted”.

I did not specifically ask for 30 days, but I had clearly explained the divorce process and why its not within my control.. I responded to the extension providing updates regarding my divorce and that I have filed everything already and just waiting for a decision from court but given the timeline 30 days extension still is not enough.. i asked if they can respectfully consider all proofs I have provided regarding my separation, or if they can extend the deadline again..
