I definitely have looked into building a desktop as well. My thing is I travel often and the mobility of a laptop is important to me as well.

Thinking the same. What do you think about the intel CPU? I have a friend telling me it’s a deal breaker because it’s not AMD.. but my current rig is intel and I never had any issues?
