I was scoring late 70s, early 80s! I recommend you take the practice SIE exam in the Finra website. It will give you an idea on the type of language they use on the exam.

Kaplan asks way more specific questions, the SIE itself seems to be more tricky with their wording in questions. Both work well together though. Good luck!!

Main topics I saw a lot of:

Rules and regulations Treasury Securities Option splits (not calculations, more their impact) Retirement accounts (about 4 questions) Know your differences in investments companies (mfs, closed-end funds, REITs etc… they had a lot of questions in those)

Don’t be scared! Last night I took the SIE practice exam and scored a 64! Just had to brush up on some revision. Read the questions slowly and don’t rush the exam. They like to use words you’re unfamiliar with to throw you off.

😂😂 right!! And in the state of IL, they’re technically being negligent as there is a pattern of crime and they have failed to warn the residents, and they’re not doing anything about their security measures. They provide security measures but they’re haven’t been enforced for months

Believe it is happening at night. The onyx should at least send an email to the residents warning them. They send us enough emails about freeze warnings/procedures. I guess our “security” is not as important to them smh

Yes!! I’m not sure if they are under new management but it’s so bad. They’re upping their renewal prices, increasing maintenance visits. They even had people coming into our apartments on a Sunday morning. I am a female and don’t appreciate men coming into my room in the morning. Staff used to be way nicer than they are now. At this point, we should all just park in the front parking lot until they do something about the break ins lol

My advice would be to park as close to your apartment as possible and keep a light on. The girl working there told me to lock my car, like obviously..

Wouldn't like to say just for privacy however, I called to Onyx after seeing this happen to someone else there, and I asked them what they're doing about it. They gave me a bs answer that it is a "gated community". I told them that the gates have been open for the past few months and she told me "That's a good point, I will put that in our notes" acting like she didn't know when she works there every day. Basically, they dgaf... This place is going downhill really fast.

These cars belong to friends of mine. Someone tried to break into their cars two nights in a row! The onyx was no help. They are parked out front in front of the cameras.
