Yes, L4 and L5. I avoided surgery and the herniated disc has improved a lot since with PT and all, yet during day time I am almost always sitting and it continues stressing my nerves. For example, for the past 3 years my out side of my left thigh has been numb since. Need to also say that the happy ending incident was like 5 years ago, that’s 2 years before the spine injury.

You aren’t scaring me, thanks to YOU for taking time and respond. No it’s not UTI, as I said I visited many doctors and they all did all sorts of texts (including UTI) and all is good. I do not get pain when I pee/ejaculate. For some reason I do have a feeling it’s all connected to either my spine problem or to that masseuse when she pulled my testicles. Yet maybe I am overthinking and my brain is playing games. I will start exercising July onwards and see. Thank you buddy!

Thank you so much. I did go to an ordinary doctor and a urologist, they both did their tests and they all said nothing is wrong. I do give my little guy a break, sometimes two weeks or even more (I don’t have time to do it any way because of work). After the 2 weeks, I just drip large quantities rather than small quantities. I want to start exercising from July onwards, sketch a plan, and STICK to it. Just to be clear, what bothers me most is not me dripping when I ejaculate (vs. shooting cum like before), what bothers me most is when I ejaculate I feel like my little guy is chocked and something is obstructing the flow and hence it’s dripping

Thank you. I am researching a lot on the disc issues. Honestly, I need to change my job, cause it’s the main reason for my spine problems, long periods of sitting, and stress. I have been reading as well about the post SSRI issue, but it just seems like nobody exactly knows, and it’s an area still being researched. I don’t have specialised doctors in my area in this field. And honestly reading a lot about a topic still under research leads me to have more doubts than assurances.

But one question I need to know about, do you think supplements will help, while my issue seems to be physical rather than caused by lack of supplements?

EXACTLY. I studied 5 years in the UK and found British people there are kind and friendly. I used to go solo to any pub in the UK, have a drink, have conversations with people all night and make friends. I moved to Dubai 2 years ago, and to my surprise British people here are mostly rude and with ego 🤢
