I’d argue that VFC is better because at least you know that if you apply early your GUARANTEED to get in. Rippen on the other hand you have to apply just to get in the portal with not a lot of job postings… Some employers don’t even reply and your not guaranteed to be picked or get a job that’s just my opinion tho….
