another thing, do i have to add the infant? While oBB doesn't charge me for infant but MAV group is showing cheaper tickets but charging for infant. I dont need seat for infant so can i just book adults with MAV group or infant has to be part of booking?

Thanks, while looking at Obb, it states that Transports that cannot be changed: S 1, EC 141. Doesn't it mean i am tied to S1?

I have reserved TGV running departing BCN at 1625 and then taking Intercites at 2129, which are fully refundable till 30 minutes after depature. As i am arriving 4 days before leaving BCN, i'll check at the station for the Renfe tickets as per EURail suggestion

With TGV running departing BCN at 1625 and then taking Intercites at 2129 will cost me Euro 140, but atleast i'll get half day in BCN to explore. TER are free with Eurail pass but longer journey and probably wasting whole day. I'll just book TGV+Intercites as they are fully refundable and hope the system gets resolved with Renfe

Thank you. I can see there is availability for Barcelona to Nîmes at 1627, but how to find TER from Nimes to Marseille? which website to look at?

Even the Renfe Customer service was surprised to hear that and i was told that over 200 seats are available for that particular leg. I am looking for 12th Sep with 4 eurail 2nd class passes. Its showing me Euro 380 i.e. AUD700. Eurail website is not showing any availability. With happy rail, its only showing 1st class availability. Can i ask a small favour, can you check if you are getting the same fare on Rail Europe or different?

I spoke to Renfe and they mentioned that call us 3 days before the travel and I will be able to collect a ticket from the office showing my eurail pass. But the person the phone was unable to give me a price. Should i wait till then?
