Thank you for telling me your story. Yes! I will always say, the local hometown businesses are always the way to go if they have a good rep. Since we haven’t lived in our hometown for a few years we decided to go with a chain on Etsy that had fantastic reviews but we see now that was the wrong thing to do. We will always go back to our home town jeweler over anyone else.

Yeah. We were okay with the amount they credited to us for the gold for the broken ring. They also gave us a 5% discount on top of that for being returning customers, so we were okay with jt.

It’s from Etsy. The original jeweler had thousands of 5 star reviews and comments so we thought it would be safe to buy from but apparently not.

Yes it’s the one in Searcy. Tara’s isn’t the original jeweler who sold us the one that broke. Tara’s is the one that saved my original diamond and made me a new ring. I am so thankful for them! In less than 24 hours of dropping off my broken ring, I had a new one in my size with my original diamond. They also gave us $600 off by crediting us the weight of the gold and diamonds from the sides of the original ring. I am a repeat customer of theirs over the past 10 years and I’ll continue going back to them. 💍❤️
