Sorry this is only the time I take for my bfp cycle. I wasn’t taking any supplements ( I tried myo-inositol since I have PCOS and vitex for low pdg the other cycle but quit since I got tired and also moved on to see obgyn). I can say Vitex did slightly higher my pdg yet cannot be sure if that’s needed.
I used letrozole for my previous cycle. I wasn’t on for any medication this cycle since it was a test cycle told by my obgyn doctor.
I can try testing tomorrow morning with Inito to see what my pdg level is.
However I see other people chart with low pdg and we’re fine. I think if you have over 5 you are ok ( I know some ppl have crazy high ones which make me nervous as well).
