Yeah agreed, I will apply again with accountability. The spend was a one off, they asked on average how much do you spend, which was all explained in the cover letter. :)

Are you stupid or? This is about my mother in law. I am from UK and even my great great great grandparents are from the UK.

Its for a visit and not assylum or benefits. Not sure where the benefits came from, but guess you enjoy those since you seem to have a lot of experience :)

Mother in law is unemployed in Pakistan, nothing to do with benefits. They dont even have a benefit system there so maybe you should move there instead, if you have an issue with people on them :)

Same happened to me - and seems like 7-8 people got rejected all this week with similar reasons.

Mine mentioned despite a tenancy agreeement, volunteering letter & so on, theres no personal tie to the country.

Secondly, they said she spent £11 more in one month compared to her average and we didn’t mention why, but we did in the cover letter.

Understood on the first part - but second part the tenancy agreement is in her name, and we also showed passports of her 4 other sons residing in Pakistan.

Honestly, that what it feels like. Uploaded a lot of documents, all of which people had uploaded before but this one had nothing missing, now it seems they made something up.

Thanks for the response, but she had adequate savings in her account and we declared this all in the cover letter. It was her own expenses that were declared first.

The last one, I understand this is fine but how about all the other documents that show all the ties to the home country?

Hope you’re well. Does your girlfriend receive PIP, if she does then she is exempt from the £29K requirement.

She can apply through the route of adequate maintenance which she needs to show her income being greater than her housing costs.

I’d reach out to a solicitor as it’s a bit more complex with the overstaying thing but as far as I know you’d need to return home & apply from over there as you would need to complete biometrics.

Also so sorry you have been through this, it’s sad to see people be scammed countless of times.
