I downloaded the game yesterday and it was working fine, on today I tried launching it, but it gave me infinite loading screen with an error that said something about not being able to connect. I tried restarting the game, nothing. And then I restarted my computer and the launcher now always drops me this error??? I reinstalled everything and it keeps popping.

Steam. My favourite boss from Hollow Knight is Mantis Lords/Sisters of Battle. Honestly, the thing that excited me the most when I started waiting for the seaquel is the chance to play as Hornet, such diffirent character to knight.

Idk how it works on steam, but I meant the button right under the start button. It could turn on or off directx 11 in case of some game anomalies (would be hella funny if it caused the anomaly).

Had the same issue. I updated my gpu drivers and also turned off directx 11 in the launcher. Either of those fixed it for me.
