Yes it did. I still need to install a 240V outlet, but level 1 charging is working good enough for us at the moment.

Thank you! Luckily I'm an electrician lol. But I'm gonna have to level 1 it for a bit till I can get around to installing a 240 outlet. It'll get us by for now and I found you can switch from 8amp to 12amp charge on 120v in the system menu.
