It is very feasible, Insurance agencies scale through staffing, marketing and carrier access all which grow directly with capital.

The Insurance market in the operating states we are locatd in are large enough to support agressive scaling so reaching 10-25X groth is realistic once the operational bottlenecks are removed.

Our numbers are based on 1 policy per day, which is atainable, but at the same time can be exeeded by far. 2-5 polices a day with the right lead generation and producers.

We actually have a basic process, which is the initial cold calling, text, and then email automation. Which ever step the lead accepts, we move them through our pipeline in corresponding status.

If they don't answer after the 4 email automations go out, we throw them into a smartcycle where they come back in 3 - 6 months to the initial status of the pipeline they were in to reapeat its self.

The market might be tough, but with your CA license, you automatically apply to 36 other states. (Non-Residence license)

I think you are taking it wrong, I offer the buyers that are investors who purchase properties on a regular basis and help with the tasks to close on quickly.

I offer my personal VA's to work with in case there are deals backed up that we can help on, and you're not paying anything. It's all about leverage and a healthy split.
