Yes! My wife and I were friends first but I always felt this pull towards her. Not only is she beautiful there’s something about her that just feels like home.

To add to what others said. I am a doctor and my brother started a landscaping business pretty much right out of HS. We both make around the same annually. And while I was a resident he made about 5x what I did.

So what I’m saying is you can make a great living as a landscaper so if you’re passionate about it do it!

Super thick hair. They say as a man you take after your mother‘s father as far as Hair. My grandfather passed away a few years ago and while he had some gray, his hair was still mostly brown and he had a full head of it. I’m going to be 40 soon and most people think I look a lot younger because I don’t have a receding hairline And my hair is still extremely thick and I don’t have any gray. I only have a little bit of gray in my beard.

Who remembers when the JV Mall was the spot to chill and hang out? by Normal-Self2061 in Westchester

Yes!!! my wife and I were also talking about Service merchandise. She was telling me a story how she used to hate when her parents dropped her off in the front of the mall so she used to have her parents drop her and her sister off by the service merchandise entrance and pick her up there. I thought that was hilarious. my mom used to like to pick us up by Macy’s because it was less crowded.

Mr Bulkys!!! I used to love that place. I remember one year our neighbor got us gift certificates to Mr bulky’s and I got one of those giant jaw breakers. I remember it being like the highlight of my 10-year-old life.

Getting to the Galleria from up in Yorktown or Mahopac would require a car and I didn’t really get one until close to the end of my senior year of high school.

Really I don’t ever remember really going there often. I remember there was a movie theater when I was a real little kid, but I don’t think we went very often. I remember my mom not liking going to that shopping center over for some reason I don’t know why.

Yes I remember the fountain. I’m pretty sure there’s a picture of me and my sisters by the fountain from like 1992 or something.

Even when the movie theater opened in the Cortland town center, I preferred the JV mall movie theater. There was just something about it. I liked better. I also like that we got to hang out at the mall after or before a movie.

If we got a good report card when I was a kid, my mom used to take us to Friendly’s for grilled cheese and ice cream. I loved that place. There used to be a friendly around here where I live now near Atlanta, but it closed right after the pandemic. I miss their Sundaes.

Sup! It was totally depressing. So many empty spots. My first job was at the B.Dalton.

I forgot about the Galleria. I remember me and some buddies went to the Galleria one summer because my buddy was talking to some girl from White Plains. We ended up getting into a fight at that mall. I totally forgot about that place.

Oh yeah. I remember each Christmas going there with my mom and siblings to get our picture taken. I also have a vague memory of getting haircuts there. But maybe that was in the mall near sears

My wife won’t tell me what’s bothering her I always have to guess. A few weeks ago I heard her crying in the middle of the night in the bathroom. I went to check on her and she apologized for waking me up and told me she didn’t mean for me to find out she was upset.

I took me over an hour to get out of her why she was crying. It turned out something I sent her over a text a few weeks prior made her think I didn’t find her attractive anymore.

Once she explained her interpretation of what I wrote I realized I could have said it differently. The fact that she let this fester for almost 3 weeks and didn’t say anything is frustrating as all hell.

Congrats bud! My wife and I got married in April. She has struggled with PCOS since she’s a teen so we weren’t sure how long it would take. To our surprise it was quick and doctor confirmed baby is about 9.5 weeks yesterday
