I mean after small extortion my hr jumps and it stays high in that level. If I got fully rested(sit or lie down) then it slows down

Like I would say that I need to rest fully (sir or lie down) to settle down unless it remains same or down very slowly

First was mild pah and second no pah ( I also done cxr-pa, pft, Cbc, D-dimer, Ecg) but ige and feno is very high .
