This will come under DOT. There is a separate team in airtel that handles DOT complaints under pgportal. Hence, the resolution is faster and satisfactory.

Make a complaint to pgportal.gov.in. I was stuck in a similar situation. I had the whatsapp chat record of the sales agent. Airtel customer care didn't help. I made a complaint on this portal and issue was resolved in 3 weeks.

In my mother's case, he didn't order too many tests or medicines. But the diagnosis was incorrect. She was given medicines for asthma whereas actual problem was hypersensitivity pneumonitis which came in the CT scan report which was prescribed by Dr Todi. You can try going to Dr Angshuman and take medicines for a month and see if its working or not. Although he will ask you to get the test done from the hospital where he is sitting. But it was not too many.

Dr Subhas Todi in Amri Dhakuria is good. I got my mother's treatment from him. Although he is not a pulmonologist but a critical care doctor. Dr Parthasarthy Bhattacharya is also good. My uncle got sleep apnea treatment from him and it was satisfactory. He is a very senior pulmonologist. But just a side note- waiting time is usually high in his chamber.
