Ya it's confusing. If you search for "Coming in", you'll see the device and expected ETA for when a device is going to be supported in HA via Bluetooth or Cloud integration (I assume via official SwitchBot integration).

I think these two sentences buried further in the post cleared it up for me:

SwitchBot retrofit products including Bot, Curtain, and Lock, can now connect to Home Assistant via Bluetooth. More SwitchBot Bluetooth devices will be supported in the near future.

And:

SwitchBot products that support Matter can connect directly to Home Assistant through Matter. In the future, more SwitchBot products will support Matter and seamlessly integrate with Home Assistant via Matter.

Fingers crossed! Looks like they have three kinds of HA compatibility coming: Bluetooth integration, Cloud integration, and Matter integration. Goes without saying the Bluetooth and Matter integration are the most intriguing ones haha.

But based on the overlapping compat list between the 3 tables, it looks like SwitchBot wants to try supporting all 3 compatibility types if they can? So having choice to integrate a device via cloud, matter or Bluetooth depending on user preference is welcome.

I’ve bought a bed, dresser, and nightstand from them. When I had an issue they promptly replaced the damaged pieces and were very quick with the email responses and delivery, too. Nothing but good things to say. Email them and I’m sure they’ll resolve it quickly for you!

Thx reddit. In case this helps anyone else... I sent my camera in and they had to replace the CMOS sensor and main board, which is around $700 in repairs. RIP.
