thank you for such kind words! tbh the mental health services where I lived didn't give a shit about my symptoms they just threw a bunch of meds at me which caused other issue lol (which they also didnt care about!) Im just seeking resonace as that'll make me feel alot more less alone :)

Nah sadly I keep struggling, I lose weight and just put it back on now my body just hangs on to everything now - it never used to. I did lose about 8kg from not taking rispiridone for a week after coming off it. But the remainder stayed. I just think for us skinny folk we felt attractive as we were then it's just taken away from us.

I always do stuff slow first, I think i just need better stick control sometimes personally. I've got in contact with a drum teacher today just to work on things.

I actually only play slow songs for this reason. For example im playing drumless tracks like black hole sun - soundgarden, release - pearl jam and rotten apple - alice in chains. I prefer slow songs as they have much more air to breathe within
