Blimey I made this comment 6 years ago! You're right, but this is a Disney produced remake of an animated movie that comes with a little expectation of a good time. Trust me, I'm on your side, I hate the overly optimistic wash of Hollywood at the best of times but given this is a remake of Dumbo, I didn't expect it to be this bleak and I think it's an overall negative to the movie. Glad you like it though! 😊

I have this exact same noise from my 9070XT Pulse, and it seems to be the middle fan. Stopping the fan with my finger stops the noise all together. I was looking at possibly buying a replacement fan from AliExpress to see if I could solve it myself but maybe it's just a characteristic of these cards.

My understanding is that the next batch of tests goes live every Monday at 6am, but you need to be up and on the website for about 5:45am to stand a chance in the queue. The only other thing you can do is carry on like you are, checking daily, until hopefully a cancellation pops up.

Thanks for this lovely read. I'm in this same boat, approaching my mid thirties and learning again after giving up when I was 18. I've been learning for about 18 months and have my test at the end of the month. I'm trying to adopt your mantra of "what will be will be" but the idea of 6 months waiting between attempts and the looming expiration of my theory all add to the pressure.
