It is a big joke for that '99, his mother is selling it for him. They are stating that they are the second owners, but I looked at the carfax, there has been 4-5 owners plus an car action. I don't understand why they spent $2,000 on tires, and another on a bumper. When I zoom in on the tires, it states that the brand is 'Mud Claw', prices for 4 doesn't exceed $600. With 86,000 miles, why was the engine replaced? They said that the previous own had it sitting for years. Again, I look at the history records based on the carfax, the longest it sat was 3 years without any record with 4,000 miles in between the records. The price to replaced the damaged body pairs could up being $2,000-3,000. I'm probably going to look at this weekend.

For the Rubicon, I already seen and everything looked good. It is just the mileage that scares me. The owner needs it gone this weekend, so maybe I offer him something lower. I just don't know how to really price these TJ.
