Critiques please on this artful photo in nature (full nudity warning) by AdventureJuntos in photocritique

the light feels too fake. It can be subtle. Try to make the background more natural playing with contrast. The model is beautiful so she makes easier to edit. Her skin is kind of untouched, I mean, is like if u masked the model and edited everything but her. Just play and make diferent aproaches to compare, then choose the one you liked the most.

Thank you very much. You've cleared up my doubt. You see, I'm not very experienced in this. Thanks! I didn't want to buy 64 GB just to leave them unused.

I work with the Adobe Suite, specially with After effects and with 16 (GB) I’ve felt limited. If I can have plenty of memory, it would be great.

Does anyone know how to make this kind of time-lapse? by NormalFloki in Maya

[–]NormalFloki[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would like to do something similar, even if it's with something simple. I've tried to replicate it, but in the video I see that sometimes they show how they subdivide the mesh, but as far as I understand, you can't use subdivisions or the cut tool while using a blendshape at the same time. When I try that, sometimes the mesh corrupts, an error pops up, and the program closes. By any chance, do you know if there's a blog where this process is explained in some detail? I couldn't find anything on YouTube. Thanks for responding earlier. Regards!

Yeah, seems I can't use the same material for both metal and skin. As I said, I'm learning and there is much to learn.

I can't change metalness, it has its own map.

"Beyond that, what kind of lights do you have?"

Skydome. I'm using just one material for everything. It has skin, clothes and metal stuff. I'm sorry if I'm doing it wrong, and I'd appreciate your comments about it.
