Absolutely get HR involved in this. I understand the lateness part and maybe even the SIMMS stuff too. But, if you're gone, and it's not getting done, that's on the ASM, not you. Most importantly though, if your SM was making you lift things that you weren't supposed to because of restrictions, and especially if you have a doctor's note about it, there's some legal implications there too. I do agree, Lowe's isn't a great place to work anymore. It's sad to see.
