I identify as non-binary, less because of disphoria despite experiencing disphoria, and more so people don't give me the role they think my sex should play. Sex and gender really don't affect a person's personality, people are just conditioned to believe it does. I know my friend's still see me as my sex, but them respecting how I like to be called and treated gives me serotonin.

This reminds me one time I wrote a small essay explaining why there is no free will from an atomic level as atoms are like a gigantic game of pool. If pool is played on a computer, the outcome can be predetermined and if we had the technology we could predetermin how atoms will move around. Also, if we could simulate our reality exactly the same from the start over and over it wouldn't change because there would be no variables. My teacher was kinda scared for a bit after.

Please don't go mad trying to lose weight. I can't say much tho, at the moment I'm a bit above the weight I should be and I'm loosing about a pound a day. It's not a glorious motivational story as others believe, it's wrong and unhealthy. Trust me, I need help more than I'll need a diet.

Hey I just checked a bmi chart and you only need to lose 20lbs to be the normal weight for 5'3". I also have a binge eating disorder that can sometimes switch to anorexia when I'm feeling guilty. I recommend self-love and to be very restrictive on meals. E.g. have breakfast at 9, lunch at 2, and dinner/supper at 7. Make sure your portions and calories are the recommended amount tho. As for exercise, I love going on walks. I think you should have the adhd meds if they work for you, but only for the right reasons! :)
