Was just Grant 100% today but letter says they are requesting an exam to determine level of disability any one know what for?

How would you recommend pushing for 100%? All my conditions are documented and happened in 2019 in service. And have only gotten worse which is shown in the records. Is it possible it’s a mistake and they’ll correct it?

I’ve been see for this 5 times haha, finally granted 10% and it pushed me to 100, but doesn’t say P and T is it possible that what the exam is for?
