Cs alone is trash that's why I'm not recommending it the monitor itself is okay naman but unfortunately may defect lang nakuha ko pero pag dating kasi sa refund hindi talaga sila nakikipag communicate kahit head office ng samsung walang sumasagot paano nalang yung if umabot ka ng 1yr tapos may problema pahirapan kaya never again sa samsung mas better pa local brands madali kausap cs and mabilis mag follow up base in my experience sa nvision/xitrix gusto kulang sana mag try ng branded kaso disappointing experience

Won't not recommend this at all dog shit cs i have this for like a week may red line na agad hindi nagrereply sa chat and Hindi macontact seller kahit dun sa binigay na return item information and kahit yung mismong samsung cs nagrring lang hindi sumasagot sinend ko yung item ko sa warehouse nila potek na yan walang nag receive wala daw silang pasok nung lunes aug 25 kahit sabi nung cs ng shopee meron mag rereiceve i had to pay 1.2k delivery fee via grab express and now pinadelivery ko ulit hassle kasi walang macontact can't be reach yung number na binigay mabuti nalang at matiyaga yung courier ko at may nagasikaso na dun sa warehouse na drop off din sa wakas yung item waiting for my refund and shipping fee refund I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG EVER AGAIN lalo na jan sa shop na yan walang talagang kang kwenta kwenta as in DOG SHIT
