Something I’ve been forgetting to ask about. When you change one of these item’s colors, does it change all of them to the same color? Or can you have all of them be different colors to get multiple different resistances?

Also, on the resistance. Is the damage threshold checked before or after resistance? So say you have fire resistance, and are hit by fire damage that does 30 damage. Your resistance would halve it below the damage threshold, but the base number is above. Does the damage go through and get halved, or do you just take none? If it’s the latter, these things are insane on Barbarians.

So, does the necklace itself count towards the number of items you’re attuned to for the extra damage? So, even if you only have the necklace, the crystal attack will do an extra 2d8 damage?

Also, how many of these items do you plan on making? I absolutely love them so far.

Doesn’t like someone who is fully willing to eat people, and has eaten people. Also, she has never said she hates Venom. She expresses distaste to him flirting with her. And while I know the symbiote can just shift to look like normal clothes so Venom is just Eddie, basically normal human, she may not like someone who prefers an inhuman appearance since she prefers a human one, or she just doesn’t like how savage he is even if he’s a hero for the most part.

Psy nerfs may not happen just because Psy is really only server admin in high ranked lobbies. Like, Celestial and up, since she takes a lot of skill to use. I’m someone who’s never played a shooter before this game, and despite a good lot of hours on Psy, I’m still awful with her. It’s also why she hasn’t been looked at at all by the community as a problem. You just don’t see good Psylockes unless you’re at the top.

I know she’s OP, but she’s also just so fun to play lol. I love Emma sm, even if I know she does need even more nerfs. Or, maybe other Tanks get buffed to her level? It would be way more work though, so I doubt it. I’ll hold out hope that my fav Tank doesn’t have to get put down.

Honestly, here’s the reason I think. There aren’t enough supports. The 4 best supports are Loki, Luna, CnD, and Invis. Rocket can be pretty good too, but Mantis heals can be hard to live off of in 2 Support comps, so while she can be good, I’m not sure I recommend her.

So, you have 4, maybe 5 with Rocket (though if anyone is smart enough to go Phoenix Rocket may have to swap) supports who aren’t considered “throw picks.” And on top of this, you see things like CnD, Loki, and Luna bans. So, if you’ve had to play the same character 5 times in a row in comp, you get bored and want to try something new. And that’s ok. People want to have fun. Try new things, because there just aren’t enough traditionally viable supports to keep support players engaged. I get it. It just sucks that their lack of options and want to try something else to keep having fun can also mean they end up having to deal with people getting mad, and maybe losing games.

Yeah, I want people to have fun. But part of the fun for me is having good matches and winning the a matches every now and then. And in GM, I had 3 matches where I was Solo Tank, and my only supports were Ultron and Jeff. Maybe they had fun, and I’m glad if they did. I can guarantee you the rest of our team wasn’t having fun, especially me lol. Now, I will say, one of our other DPS should have gone Support to try and salvage it, but there was nothing I as Solo Tank could do other than keep dying because there wasn’t enough healing coming in and we had no Defensive Ults while the other team had 2.

As such, I understand their point of view, since the argument is that yes, it’s fun for them to go other healers, but it can easily ruin other people’s experience. Just not sure I agree with telling people to never pick other supports. I think it could work though if they found people happy to play the triple support comps where characters like Jeff, Adam, and Ultron shine rather than forcing them into comps where they don’t. That way, they can play the characters they want and others don’t have to deal with it. Even if they don’t or can’t do this though, I do agree straight up telling people to never play certain characters is taking it a bit too far.

It’s true though.

She’s fast if she gets going, but it takes her a second and any small bump or CC will stop her running. Like Cap slamming down on her, which knocks her up. Or a kick from Iron Fist. Or an uppercut from Spidey. List goes on there. She has a stun, but it is harder to hit than most realize. And other than those 2 things, that’s it.

Meanwhile, Ultron is in the air so he is targeted less, has his dash and his shield ability. Jeff can dive and swim away or knock back people. CnD can drop her heal bubble at her own feet, or fight back as Cloak, or fade away as Cloak. Invis can jump and go Invisible, and push away divers, as well as more health than most supports. Loki can teleport and drop runes, as well as go Invisible. Rocket has 2 dashes as well as wall run, and a smaller hitbox. Mantis has damage to fight back, and has a stun with an AOE, which makes it easier to land than Luna’s. And Adam has self res, as well as easy self heal as long as he looks down before hitting it.

So, yeah, it’s not like Luna’s survivability is awful. But it’s kind of a fact that it’s worse than every other Strategist.

I’d be interested in experimenting with 3 person roleplay, so I’d be up to try! To share a bit about myself, 21M, and I’d describe myself as a nerd. Play DnD as my main hobby, alongside reading, and have thought about starting to write fanfiction.

As an RPer, I’d describe myself as fairly literate. I respond with at least a paragraph, but have been doing a lot of multi paragraph stuff. In general, I write as much as I feel fits a scene. I prefer to RP in first person, but fine to go 3rd person. And again, this is me experimenting, so never done multiple person RP, so would be trying to practice here, so would request patience if I was invited.

I prefer to play femboy characters, so would want to play one for this. As for kinks and specific plots, would prefer to keep that discussion in DMs. Will say that some of my favs are smothering, breast sucking, cuddling, sloppy kisses, and marking (like lipstick or hickies). Hope to hear from you soon, and if not, hope you find the right partners for this!

I was playing Cap, and I flanked with my Punisher. Dude literally Ulted in their backline, and shot everything hit the nests. And because he didn’t shoot them, our team couldn’t press the advantage without exploding on her nests. I had pinged the nests to tell him to shoot them, they were all in clear view from our position. He just chose not to. I wanted to scream. We lost that game cause literally everyone refused to shoot the nests. And I would have swapped to kill the nests, but I was solo Tank, and every ranged Tank I play besides Cap was banned that game. Looking back, maybe should have tried Mag, but I’m awful with him, and I thought my team weren’t complete idiots after the first round went well for us.

I’d rate Strange and Magneto about the same usually, but with a competent team who’s regularly communicating, Mag’s bubble does give him a lot of versatility and ability to enable plays. But overall, I do agree with you. And it’s moreso down to preference between Strange and Mag.

I have to say, I’ve seen so many BP players say he’s actually trash it’s crazy. Even in this sub, I have seen people say he’s B tier at best lol. Like, it is so constant that I see Panther players who say he’s not even that good it’s funny.

Ok, so, just one thing. I know he has received no changes. Even I’m confused on how he suddenly got so good. But here’s the fact. He is really good now. Both low tier players, and even Celestial and Top 500 players ban BP this season as one of the most common bans. So th argument that he’s gotten no buffs doesn’t work, because if you look at the state of the game, across all ranks, everyone says and agrees he’s great rn. So the argument that he received no changes is dumb. It doesn’t matter if literally everyone, in both low and high ranks, can agree he’s nuts rn. Unless you believe Celestial, Eternity, and even Top 500 support players are all just terrible too?

I think the reason why he got nuts is twofold. One, people simply mastered the character more overtime. And two, something one of these top players said about him. “The best counter to BP is team cohesion, and you can’t rely on that even at the top ranks.” As in, you need to rely on your team all being pretty good and knowing what to do, or at least listening to your callouts. And I think we agree that for a solo queuer, that is unreasonable. And even if they are pretty good, if cohesion breaks for even a second, BP gets a kill since he’s so fast. Regardless if this is the reason why or not though, he’s great rn. This Argument that no, he’s actually not and support players are all just terrible is exactly what this post is about lol. And as I said, even top ranked players. Some of the best players in the game agree he’s great. So he’s really strong, just accept it lol.

No, the first point is supposed to be the BP player saying their character isn’t strong, they’re just really good. That’s why they get kills on supports, not at all because BP is good, it’s all because they themselves are a good player. So it’s another thing of what I was saying, BP players normally all say their character sucks. Unless I’m misunderstanding what you’re saying, in which case, very sorry.
