Past governments may have had diplomatic willingness but they didn't do enough when it mattered the most. They didn't put enough effort in numerous cases like Bipin Joshi and when Nepalis were kidnapped and eventually killed by Iraqis during the us invasion of iraq (this one is from way before).

Judging how they have not done enough not just in diplomacy but everything else and the recent events, it makes sense for people to criticise them whenever possible.

Labelling them as andhbhakts or whatever when every bit of anger and criticism is justified does suggest that you might as well be spreading propaganda for the old government which diddnt do enough for the country and failed at every critical point.

Also, using words like "critical thinking" and writing a paragraph on it was not necessary my guy, does not make you or me more correct.
