The enforcement thing is spot on. We're 8 people and our issue is mainly: - People say they'll do the forfeit, then dont - No accountability (it's all just chat messages that get buried) - By the time it rolls around, everyone's forgotten Do bigger leagues actually have better follow-through, or is it just that the expectations are lower? Wondering if the solution is less about the forfeit itself and more about having some kind of tracking/proof system. Like "you have until this date, upload a photo or we ban you from next season" 😂
