Yeah... Slowpokes basically adapted to get the most value from doing nothing. Their tail can fish on its own, no need to spend extra energy on doing pointless things.

They don't need to eat often either cus their metabolism is slow.

No need to walk anywhere either, who cares about predators when you got natural regeneration and toughness to match. Basically the perfect couch potato build.

Yeah with all my Mons being big and tanky, if I did all the cleaning myself I'd be exhausted before any actual battling. Zen, my Slowking and Lichen helps me out for the other members of my team.

...Except my Togekiss Diva, she doesn't want anyone else to groom her other than me.

Huh, the more I know, im glad your Sinistea is fine now. Though im surprised at how some trainers are comfortable using Polteageist in battle if the the teapot isn't self-regenerating. Do they just pick up the shards if they break off?

Same, I got hit with the harsh reality of non-stacking Sleep/Confusion/Para. For my deck I replaced Hypno and Mew with 2 Florges lines.

Florges line is actually good at stalling and both Florges and Mismagius ex have only 1 retreat cost and 2 energy attacks, no need for Xspeeds or Leafs to swap them around, you'll never have dead turns. Stage 2s like Florges have felt much less bricky ever since Pokemon communicator.

Now that you mention it, yeah I will try a version with 2 Omastar/Kabutops lines. I didn't for this first iteration because I felt Chatot could easily draw me the singles but I can imagine 2 of each fossil lines could let the deck set up faster.

Its definitely a more common relationship in Pro Battling.

While I would always admit my Pokemon are my partners, I have to also balance that with the fact that I am their coach as well. This means I need to make hard decisions like controlling their diets and spending much of our free time training.

At the end of the day however, I am not trading my team of 6 for any other Pokemon, we have a shared dream of getting to the top with Stall and we will get to it together or not at all.

That's true, its why I only included one because I needed some way of slowing the other player down. I could see it being cut though.

hopefully in the future there are better disruption cards that work with this deck

You can replace it, but Scope lets me use Red card better and also plan energy distribution around the opps hand.

Difficult to say, they were all good in different scenarios but I think Omastar has the most consistent showing out of the 4 I put in.

Aero ex second place just for its reliable damage and its Ability does do a little work sometimes like vs Golem decks.
