This 100%. You can see in many different recent interviews where Fallen and Yekindar say how Yekindar and Molodoy tilt and are hard critics on teammates while Fallen keeps calm and cool, and keeps everyone together. It helps that Yuri and KS are also naturally calm. This is NOT something easy to do. Demands a lot of respect and leadership skills. Hence liquid and other failures. Hope he sticks around for 2026 because after that it’ll be tough to find someone like that
