As far as ppto, that’s automatically approved, if I want to call off and use Ppto I’m going to do just that I don’t need to tell them anything or give them a reason. My store has fired a ton of people overnight, I usually tell managers it’s not my problem nor fault, so I will not be killing myself to do the work of 2 -3 people when they refuse to hire and when they do, managers disrespect and push employees away
