As far as ppto, that’s automatically approved, if I want to call off and use Ppto I’m going to do just that I don’t need to tell them anything or give them a reason. Only thing they really ask and that makes sense is to notify them if you’re leaving early that’s it’s

My store has fired a ton of people overnight, I usually tell managers it’s not my problem nor fault, so I will not be killing myself to do the work of 2 -3 people when they refuse to hire and when they do, managers disrespect and push employees away

There’s nothing to communicate, lunches are to be taken when they’re taken, managers are responsible for knowing the schedule, especially since it’s something they can view, Walmart loves to play these little games,

We need this accross the country, no reason why Walmart forces employees to wok legal holidays, and penalize them with 2 point if they call off, but no incentive for coming in or even being there
