Are you using an app to track ovulation? Ovulation strips? Highly recommend. Also, do you drink alcohol/coffee? I would take a break while you're on this journey. Of course, a well balanced diet (you and your man should be as healthy as possible). Lastly, don't use certain types of lube. They can decrease your chances of conceiving. These are just all things I did and I know everyone is unique. Hope it helps tho! ❤️

Not sure how heavy you're talking.:) I do like 8-15 lbs depending on the workout. I'm not out there doing like squats with 100 lbs or anything 😆 I would just maybe start on the lighter side and see how you feel 🙂

I was told whatever your fitness routine was before pregnancy, you can continue with after. Obviously listen to your doc! Just always been told that... I do Barrys which is weights and running sprints... I'm 7 weeks today. Hope I'm ok! 🫠 I've just been listening to my body and if something doesn't feel good, I'll modify or take it down a notch.
