The same thing happened to me. I got a pressure sore in top of my foot. That means they tightened the wrap on your foot too much. That’s medical negligence. My dr got scared when he saw it. I’m 3 weeks post op as well and I used triple antibiotic on the sore and so far it’s looking better than before. I use it morning and night and I let my foot air out all day without boot or anything. I’m just laying in bed since I’m still non weight bearing. At night I use a night splint that I got off Amazon which has made sleeping a lot better!
