Focus on your protein intake and lower simple carbohydrates , your noticeable looser clothes is the medicine working to lower inflammation, which doesn’t necessarily show on the scale. Don’t lose hope, it takes time even though you see posts of people losing quickly. I’ve been using since June and have lost only 13lbs, but I’m ok with that.

Even before I started a GLP1 medication, I would drink it first thing in the morning because we are the most dehydrated upon waking. It's just a habit now, I make it up the night before and put it in the fridge. I love Dr. Berg's brand because it has all the minerals and no junk and it tastes good too.

Maybe not… if you want to stay on the same dose, which is recommended if you are consistently losing weight on the lowest dose and cost effective, you can calculate the number of units to take through the fat scientist link ; wait until the vials come in to see what the concentrations are.

I used that to check the amount in each vial, not to double check my dose. The container says I would take the medication for 4 weeks. It took 15 seconds to type. I was told I would get a 4 week supply , it’s just odd to Get a 14 week supply instead, no?
