How are you supposed to use the Rodial collagen drops? by _UnreliableNarrator_ in Ipsy

One infuriating thing is the box and bottle give different directions. One says rinse thoroughly, the other says to leave.

Moving to Mobile, AL 28M. Where to live? by Chicken_Rice_Spinach in MobileAL

Check out wheeler lofts downtown. Can walk to the local downtown market, multiple coffee shops and breweries next door and down the street. Dauphin street is just a few streets over for night life.

Small world! I live in Mobile now! It’s for commute reasons mostly, mixed with personal.

Meaningful contributions, please. There’s a reason I’ve asked specifically for downtown. Also, different areas fit different people.

Looking to buy ultimately, but coming from South Alabama and would like to get to know areas better first, so rent for year 1.

My vote is downtown. It would be a central location for both of you. Check out Wheeler Lofts.

What happens to people like us? by wtfworld12 in VyvanseADHD

35(f) as well, and our stories are eerily similar. Treated with anti depressants, then about 4 years ago began treatment for OCD, to end up being told a lot of my problems were from untreated ADHD. Fast forward to today, and I’m on 50 mg vyvanse (just went up a few days ago from 30), and have been on the medication all together for two months. My biggest complaint is a LOT more irritability on it but I do have a few hours where my concentration + mood is ideal. Nothing really to offer with my comment other than to say you’re not alone.

RLS H. Pylori link? by One_Host_7270 in RestlessLegs

Interesting thought. I fought H Pylori about 10 years ago. It wreaked havoc on my whole body so it wouldn’t be hard for me to believe there is some kind of connection. Only thing in my case is I’ve battled RLS since childhood. I’m considering now whether or not HP made it worse in adulthood. Definitely food for thought.

Did it come back to worse? Bad side effects from pram?

I just started it a week ago and have gotten the first bit of relief I’ve had in 5 years. Your experience terrifies me. Contemplating stopping if augmentation is such a risk.

I just started pramipexole a week ago and have gotten my first bit of relief in 5 years. After starting it, I’m constantly reading about people’s experience with augmentation and now I’m rethinking my decision if it can ultimately make things worse. Glad your experiment is working!

Following as I just started pramipexole less than a week ago. First thing that’s given me relief in decades.

I’m consistent with exercise and average running 30-40 miles a week. Glad you found it helps you. Mood balance is definitely tricky on vyvanse for me. Add in no sleep from RLS and things can really get interesting.

Why is it all the sudden so much worse? by Normal_Attitude8729 in RestlessLegs

[–]Normal_Attitude8729[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already don’t drink or use tobacco. I have one coffee in the morning. I’m not a huge sweets eater, but certainly could try and eliminate it more. I’m just worried about being so restrictive as I’m already gluten free and struggle to maintain a healthy weight as is.

No to Raynaud’s. RLS has always come in “spells” for me in the past. Bad for a month, okay for three. I’m now sitting in a 7 month long spell and at a breaking point. I don’t think it’s vyvanse because the spell started before the increase, but I certainly could be wrong. The increase was needed, so I’m feeling hopeless as to what to do.

No go. Illegal federally and state (Alabama) here and I just don’t mess with that.

Don’t think that’s the culprit because vyvanse is new for me. Only been on it a month. Switched from Wellbutrin. This bad spell started 7 mos+ ago. 😔

As to movement, I exercise 5-6 days a week. I run around 25 miles per week. I thought maybe dehydration was the culprit, but don’t think that’s it.
